This ANA Training course covers the practical skills needed by a First Aider in the workplace. The First Aid at Work course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with First Aid emergencies. This course would suit nominated workplace First Aiders, or anyone wanting a comprehensive introduction to First Aid. This course is normally run over 3 days; however, this can be spilt over a longer time period to suit your business needs. This course is legally compliant with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Upon successful completion of this three day course, first aiders receive certification to allow them to practice for three years after which a re-qualification course becomes necessary. It is strongly recommended that you update your skills by taking an annual refresher course

Throughout this course our instructors will simulate incidents using resuscitation manikins and various First Aid scenarios. After successfully completing a final assessment and exam, candidates will receive a HSE approved certificate valid for three years.
