"To excel in the managment of employment and training"
ANA Healthcare Training are committed to providing in-depth training courses to encourage equal opportunities and empower candidates to maximise their potential, knowledge and efficiency in the work place and adopt a person centred approach to care of the elderly and infirm.
"Because learning never stops"
All our training courses are produced specifically for care settings. The purpose? To help you manage, meet and exceed the minefield of legislation, obligations and standards facing you the care provider and the people you employ. They provide stimulating and effective training and all our training courses are fully up to date to meet current standards and legislation.
Our Health care training courses are mapped to the Common Induction Standard and where appropriate, meet the learning outcomes defined in the Skills for Care knowledge sets.
All our training courses can be used as core knowledge for underpinning further study towards NVQ's.
Our Introduction to Care course and Manual Handling course are accredited by the Open College Network.
We are both an Open College Network and Highfield (HSE) training centre.
